    Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Project Managers to join our team on a commission basis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales for insurance restoration roofing projects.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of clients’ properties while assessing needs and providing tailored solutions based on their requirements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance agents, adjusters, and other key stakeholders.
    • Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling sales proposals and quotations to clients.
    • Close sales and secure new business.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in sales.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
